非殖民化和社會解放運動（法語：Mouvement de décolonisation et d'émancipation sociale，縮寫為MDES）是法屬圭亞那的一個極左翼政黨。該黨成立於1991年。該黨的意識形態是獨立主義、馬克思主義、反殖民主義。該黨的秘書長是Fabien Canavy。該黨的總部位於卡宴。該黨出版刊物《我們的事業》[1]。
