陶明倫（1963年5月—），河南泌陽人。1983年10月加入中國共產黨，1982年8月參加工作。中共中央黨校本科畢業，研究生學歷，管理學碩士學位。中華人民共和國政治人物。
簡歷
陶明倫在河南省歷任遂平縣縣長、縣委書記、縣人大常委會主任等職。2001年9月，任共青團河南省委副書記。2006年，任共青團河南省委書記。2008年3月，任中共商丘市委副書記、市長。2011年3月，任中共商丘市委書記[1]。2015年4月，任中共河南省委常委、統戰部部長[2][3]。
2017年11月，轉任中共安徽省委常委、秘書長。2020年2月到3月，短暫兼任中共安徽省委統戰部部長。2020年6月，任中共安徽省委宣傳部部長[4]。
2021年11月，任安徽省人大常委會黨組副書記[5]、副主任。並於2023年1月在安徽省第十四屆人民代表大會上連任[6]。
