陳福漢（1936年—），天津武清梅廠鎮灰鍋口村人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年擔任毛澤東號司機長。1979年，任北京鐵路局工會副主席。1981年，升任北京鐵路分局副局長；次年任北京市總工會組織部部長。1983年，任北京市總工會副主席[1]。
