陳成（1952年10月—），男，漢族，海南臨高人，中華人民共和國政治人物。華南工學院（今華南理工大學）化工系無機化工專業畢業，中共中央黨校在職研究生學歷。
生平
1972年9月參加工作，1973年9月加入中國共產黨。歷任海南省鹽務局副局長、局長、鹽務總公司總經理，省海洋廳廳長，海南省人民政府副秘書長，省海洋與漁業廳廳長，中共海口市委副書記、代市長、市長[1]等職。2004年11月，任海南省人民政府副省長[2]。2013年1月，任海南省政協副主席。2016年1月，不再擔任海南省政協副主席[3]。
