生平
陳彬自2017年3月出任湖南省永州市祁陽縣扶貧開發辦公室黨組書記、主任。因在脫貧攻堅戰中作出突出貢獻，2021年2月25日全國脫貧攻堅總結表彰大會上，陳彬被授予「全國脫貧攻堅先進個人」[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]。
