陳太一（1921年12月29日—2004年5月6日），男，江蘇宜興人，中國通信技術專家，中國工程院院士。[1]

生平
1978年，提出「三網一系統」的構想，促使立項軍事衛星通信研究工作。「706衛星通信工程」批准後，與宗汝立共同完成「331工程」（即「中國通信衛星項目」）的初步論證工作。[2]
