丹斯里陳聲新（英語：Chan Siang Sun，1932年—1989年3月21日），馬來西亞政治人物、馬華公會黨員。曾任衛生部長、房屋及地方政府部長、教育部副部長、新聞部副部長、馬華副總會長、文冬國會議員。1959年參加全國首屆大選，中選為文冬國會議員，之後連續七屆當選。1986年大選後，他被首相馬哈迪·穆罕默德委任為衛生部長。1989年3月21日，陳聲新在吉隆坡孟沙吉力俱樂部打羽球時心臟病猝發，經送院搶求不果，得年56歲。
