阿萊娜·弗爾扎尼奧娃（捷克語：Alena Vrzáňová，1931年5月16日—2015年7月30日），捷克女子花樣滑冰運動員。她曾代表捷克斯洛伐克參加世界花樣滑冰錦標賽，獲得二枚金牌。她也參加了1948年冬季奧運會。[1]
