阿扎爾自治共和國最高委員會（格魯吉亞語：აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის უმაღლესი საბჭო）是格魯吉亞阿扎爾自治共和國的立法機關，成立於1991年，設於巴統。委員會實行一院制。有21名議員，由直接選舉產生。每屆委員會任期4年。現任主席是Davit Gabaidze[1] 。
