開放訪問授權

開放訪問授權是指研究機構、研究資助者或政府採取的一項政策，他們會要求或建議研究人員，通常是大學教師或研究人員或被研究類基金資助的學者，將其發表的經同行評審的期刊文章和會議論文開放獲取^[1][2][3][4] 。
