鍾山書院是清朝政府在江寧府興辦的書院。以南京東郊鍾山而得名，初設於雍正二年（1724年）。由兩江總督查弼納創建。停辦後於道光九年（1829年）重建。1853年太平天國時期停辦。1864年，清軍攻克南京城後兩江總督曾國藩重建。光緒二十八年（1902年），改為江南高等學堂。
