鄶萬增（1946年1月—），遼寧瓦房店人，中國人民解放軍少將。
畢業於河北大學中文系畢業，後擔任第38集團軍113師政治部副主任，38軍副政治委員。1999年，晉升少將軍銜。2001年1月，任山西省軍區政治委員，後升任北京軍區政治部副主任[1]。
