趙善政（？—？），大天興建立者，趙善政原為大長和清平侍中。928年，東川節度使楊干貞殺死大長和皇帝鄭隆亶，擁立趙善政為驃信（國君），定國號為大天興，改元尊聖。次年，楊干貞廢趙善政自立，建大義寧國。趙善政的諡號為悼康皇帝。
