趙立雄（1956年12月—），雲南大理人。男，白族。1982年1月參加工作，1984年5月加入中國共產黨。雲南民族大學經濟管理系畢業，中共中央黨校在職研究生學歷。中國共產黨第十八屆中央候補委員[1]、委員（十八屆七中全會遞補）[2]。
1982年1月，任雲南省下關市經委企業整頓辦主任。1983年12月至1988年9月，歷任大理捲菸廠副廠長、廠長。1988年9月，任大理州經委副主任。1990年4月，任中共雲南省永平縣委書記。1995年4月，任大理州副州長。1996年9月，任中共大理州委常委、常務副州長。2001年7月，任中共大理州委副書記、代州長、州長。2007年5月，任中共曲靖市委書記。2012年12月，任雲南省民族事務委員會主任、黨組書記。2014年8月，任雲南省民族宗教事務委員會主任、黨組書記。2016年1月，當選雲南省人大常委會副主任[3]。
