賀安傑（1958年7月—），男性，漢族，湖南新田冷水井人[1]。1985年4月加入中國共產黨。四川大學經濟系政治經濟學專業畢業，華中科技大學經濟管理系碩士研究生。中華人民共和國政治人物。
生平
賀安傑歷任湖南省人民政府辦公廳研究室幹部、主任科員、副處級研究員、綜合處副處長、處長，綜合調研室主任、副廳級研究員等職。
2002年6月，任湖南省人民政府法制辦公室黨組書記、主任[2]。2008年4月，任中共湖南省委副秘書長、政策研究室主任[3]。
2013年4月，任中共株洲市委書記[4]。2016年3月，不再擔任株洲市委書記職務[5]，轉任湖南省人力資源和社會保障廳廳長[6]。2018年1月至2022年1月，任湖南省政協副主席。
