謝明道（1947年1月—），四川南部縣人。1974年3月加入中國共產黨。重慶醫學院（現重慶醫科大學）兒科系畢業，大學本科學歷。歷任中共蓬溪縣委代理書記，遂寧市委副書記，四川省計劃生育委員會副主任、主任，省衛生廳廳長等職。2006年1月當選四川省政協副主席[1]。
