規劃委內瑞拉（西班牙語：Proyecto Venezuela），委內瑞拉中間偏右政黨。國際民主聯盟成員。
在2003年7月30日委內瑞拉立法選舉中，計劃黨贏得165個議會席位中的7個。2006年的立法選舉該黨抵制了選舉。前領袖亨里克·薩拉斯·羅梅爾（Henrique Salas Römer）曾參加1998年委內瑞拉總統選舉。
現任主席薩拉斯·羅梅爾之子亨里克·薩拉斯·費奧（Henrique Salas Feo），現任卡拉沃沃州長。
