裂褶菌科（Schizophyllaceae）是擔子菌門下傘菌目的一科。擔子果開始時為杯狀，然後變為盤狀。菌蓋表面生有絨毛，與一狹窄的基部相連，子實層體為假菌褶，從基部輻射而出，假菌褶縱裂而向兩邊反卷。單系菌絲，孢子光滑，無色。
有人認為裂褶菌與傘菌的菌褶不同源，因此將此科歸入非褶菌目中。本科僅裂褶菌（Schizophyllum commne），生於闊葉樹及針葉樹的枯枝及腐木上，分佈廣泛，可食用，也可以藥用。
