蛋白質組學標準化倡議

蛋白質組學標準化倡議（PSI）是人類蛋白質組組織（HUPO）所屬的一個工作小組。它的目的是為蛋白質組學定義數據標準，促進數據比較，數據交換和驗證。^[1][2]

蛋白質組學標準化倡議關注以下主題：

• 定義了所有蛋白質學實驗應該提供的基本元數據的蛋白質組學實驗最簡信息指導。^[3]
• 能夠為數據和元數據編碼的數據置標語言。
• 保證註釋與表達一致性的本體構建。
