董志文（1933年9月—），山西忻州人。1950年7月加入中國共產黨。1955年7月起歷任平江縣農水局局長、縣委組織部長、區委書記；臨湘縣縣革委會主任；岳陽地委副書記、書記；岳陽地革委副主任、主任；湖南省委書記（時設第一書記）兼宣傳部長、常委、政法委書記；湖南省第八屆人大常委會副主任等職。現任湖南省計劃生育協會會長。[1]
