萊茵-魯爾都會區（德語：Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr）是德國最大的都市區，擁有超過1100萬人口，擁有多個中心都市。萊茵魯爾區面積7110平方公里，位於北萊茵-威斯特法倫州。萊茵-魯爾都會區也是德國最重要的經濟區。
