艾蒂安·梅代羅斯（葡萄牙語：Etiene Pires de Medeiros，1991年5月24日—）是一名巴西女子游泳運動員[1]，她是巴西歷史上最佳女性游泳選手，是首位在世錦賽和泛美運動會上在個人項目上奪冠的巴西人，還是女子50米背泳世界紀錄保持者（短程）。在喀山舉辦的2015年世界游泳錦標賽上，她獲得50米背泳銀牌。
