生平
1986年6月加入中國共產黨。1987年7月參加工作。曾任烏蘭察布盟（現烏蘭察布市）行署副盟長，中共烏盟盟委委員、宣傳部部長，中共烏蘭察布市市委常委、市紀委書記，內蒙古廣播電影電視局黨組書記、局長等職。2015年1月，任中共烏海市委副書記、市長。2016年4月，任烏蘭察布市副市長、代市長、市長[1]。2016年10月，任中共烏蘭察布市委書記[2]。2017年3月，任內蒙古自治區人民政府副主席[3]。
2023年1月，當選為內蒙古自治區人大常委會副主任。[4]
