生平
歷任中共浙江省委辦公廳綜合處處長、中共浙江省委辦公廳副主任。2008年5月，任中共浙江省委副秘書長、省委黨史研究室主任[1]。2012年2月，任中共浙江省委副秘書長、省委政研室主任、省政府發展研究中心主任。2014年11月，擔任中央財辦副主任[2]。2017年8月，任中央紀委駐中央辦公廳紀檢組組長（正部長級）[3]。
