胸廓（英語：thoracic cage）又稱肋廓（rib cage）、肋骨籠，是多數脊椎動物胸部由胸椎、肋骨、胸骨構成的骨質支架。由胸廓圍成的空腔稱為胸腔。胸廓可以保護胸腔內的心、肺等重要器官。
人類的胸廓由12塊胸椎、12對肋骨和肋軟骨以及1塊胸骨（包括胸骨柄、胸骨體和劍突三部分）構成。
