肽聚糖識別蛋白（英語：Peptidoglycan recognition proteins，PGRPs）是一類高度保守的模式識別受體，至少含有一個肽聚糖識別結構域，可識別細菌細胞壁的肽聚糖，在昆蟲、軟體動物、棘皮動物和脊索動物中都有存在。不同生物類群的PGRPs起的效應不同，在昆蟲中，PGRPs激活Toll等多個通路來啟動吞噬作用殺死細菌[1][2]。在哺乳動物中，PGRPs通過與細菌細胞壁的肽聚糖相互作用來殺死細菌[2]。
