耳房是指中國傳統建築設計中在主房屋旁邊加蓋的小房屋，其高度和體積小於主房，猶如在主房兩側的耳朵，故名耳房。
在四合院中，正房兩側可建耳房，[1] 廂房也可設耳房，有的建成平頂，稱為「盝頂」。[2]耳房也可建在城樓上，例如天安門城樓兩側就建有耳房。[3]
