羅莎·盧森堡基金會（德語：Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung，縮寫為RLS）是一個總部設在德國柏林的跨國替代政策團體和教育機構，法律地位是非盈利基金會，隸屬於左翼黨，得名於德國共產黨創始人之一羅莎·盧森堡。該機構成立於1990年，當時取名為社會分析和政治教育協會，創立者是民主社會主義黨[1]。該機構的主席是Dagmar Enkelmann，副主席是Thomas Händel和Sabine Reiner，執行主管是Daniela Trochowski。2012年，有183名員工。
