罕達（？—？），姬姓，罕氏，名達，字子姚，是罕嬰齊的兒子，鄭國上卿。[1]
前495年，罕達率軍伐宋國，在老丘擊敗宋軍。[2]前493年，秋八月甲戌，晉國趙鞅率軍與罕達帥師在鐵地作戰，鄭軍失敗。[3]前483年，罕達救岩地。十二月丙申，包圍宋軍。次年（前482年）春，罕達在岩地擊敗宋軍。[4]
