綿羊肉是世界上最常見的肉類之一,取自家養綿羊Ovis aries)。英語中通常分為「lamb」(即羔羊肉,取自第一年的綿羊)、「hogget」(取自第二年的綿羊)和「mutton」(取自更老的綿羊)[1][2]
