綿羊肉

綿羊肉是世界上最常見的肉類之一，取自家養綿羊（Ovis aries）。英語中通常分為「lamb」（即羔羊肉，取自第一年的綿羊）、「hogget」（取自第二年的綿羊）和「mutton」（取自更老的綿羊）^[1][2]。
