細胞因子釋放綜合症

細胞因子釋放綜合症（CRS）是一種全身炎症反應綜合症 (SIRS)，^[1][2]當免疫系統與病原體作鬥爭時，大量白血球被激活並釋放促炎性細胞因子後，就有可能出現細胞因子釋放綜合症。而此時這些促炎性細胞因子又會激活更多的白細胞。^[3][4][5]

症狀和體徵

症狀包括發燒、疲勞、食欲不振、肌肉和關節疼痛、噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、皮疹、呼吸急促、心動過速、低血壓、癲癇發作、頭痛、精神錯亂、譫妄、幻覺、震顫和失去協調。^[3]
