紀斌（1966年—），台灣台中市人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物，全國台聯副會長、黨組成員，第十一屆全國政協委員。
2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中華全國台灣同胞聯誼會，分入第二十四組。並擔任提案委員會專委。[2]
