粘液性腫瘤（英語：Mucinous tumors），是一類卵巢腫瘤下的表面上皮間質腫瘤，約佔全部卵巢腫瘤的36%[1]。大概75%的病例是良性腫瘤，10%是交叉性腫瘤，15%是惡性腫瘤。極少情況下，腫瘤病發於雙側卵巢，只有5%的良性粘液性腫瘤是雙側腫瘤。
