穆斯塔齊爾（阿拉伯語：المستظهر，Al-Mustazhir，1078年—1118年8月6日），阿拔斯帝國的第二十八代哈里發。1078年4月或5月出生，父親是阿拔斯帝國第二十七代哈里發穆克塔迪，1094年2月3日繼承父親穆克塔迪，成為哈里發。1118年8月6日去世，兒子穆斯塔爾希德即位。
