穆后（？—前527年），東周第12代天子周景王的王后，太子壽的母親。
魯昭公十五年（周景王十八年，前527年）六月乙丑，王太子壽去世。八月戊寅，穆后也去世。十二月，晉國荀躒到周朝首都洛邑，參與安葬穆后，籍談為介。[1]太子壽、穆后去世後，周景王沒有嫡嗣。引起了景王駕崩後，王子朝、王子猛、王子匄的爭位事件。
