生平
程漫曾任張家界市永定區委副書記。因在脫貧攻堅戰中作出突出貢獻，2021年2月25日全國脫貧攻堅總結表彰大會上，程漫被授予「全國脫貧攻堅先進個人」[1][2]。
2022年，程漫轉任張家界市發改委黨組書記、主任[3]。
