科默韋訥區是蘇里南的一個區，位於蘇里南河右岸。該區總面積2,353 km²，總人口25,200。新阿姆斯特丹為科默韋訥區的首府。主要城市還有阿萊恩斯等。經濟以農業為主。該區內有第二次英荷戰爭期間修建的堡壘。
