科普特正教會聖馬爾谷主教座堂位於埃及開羅的阿巴西亞區，是科普特正教會教宗駐地，1968年建成祝聖。
該堂得名於耶穌的門徒，亞歷山大科普特正教會的會祖聖馬爾谷，在救主聖誕主教座堂（Cathedral of Nativity）於2019年祝聖以前，其為非洲[1]和中東最大的主教座堂 [2]。
