瞿海（1966年1月—），男，苗族，湖南沅陵人。1984年7月參加工作，1986年1月加入中國共產黨。中共中央黨校經濟學專業研究生學歷。中華人民共和國政治人物。
簡歷
1984年7月，任湖南省供銷社幹部、副科級幹事，省財貿辦、省委組織部科級幹事。1994年5月，任中共湖南省委組織部、省委辦公廳副處級秘書。1998年2月，任中共湖南省委辦公廳、省政府辦公廳、省委政研室正處級秘書。
2002年1月，任中共湖南省委辦公廳副主任。2004年11月，任中共湖南省委副秘書長。2010年1月，任中共湖南省委副秘書長兼湖南省檔案局黨組書記。
2011年12月，任中共郴州市委副書記、郴州市人民政府市長[1][2]。期間於2013年當選第十二屆全國人民代表大會湖南地區代表，任期5年[3]。
2016年12月，轉任中共益陽市委書記[4][5]。2017年1月，當選為益陽市人大常委會主任。
2023年1月，任湖南省人民政府黨組成員、湖南省人民政府辦公廳黨組書記[6]，並於同年2月出任湖南省人民政府秘書長[7]。
