皇懷（？—？），子姓，皇氏，中國春秋時期宋國司徒，皇非我的從昆弟[1]。
宋景公無子，以公孫周的兒子得與啟在宮中撫養為嗣。前469年（魯哀公二十六年、宋景公四十八年），皇緩做右師，皇非我做大司馬，皇懷做司徒，靈不緩做左師，樂茷做司城，樂朱鉏做大司寇，三族六個卿共同聽取政事，通過大尹上達國君。十月初四，宋景公去世，大尹用甲士劫持六卿，擁立啟為國君。六卿將大尹趕走，大尹侍奉宋公啟逃亡楚國，於是立得為國君，樂氏、皇氏、靈氏盟誓三族共掌國政，絕不互相殘害。[2]
