申景仁（1940年4月—2015年2月22日），河南省博愛縣北朱營村人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
曾任中共焦作市委常委、秘書長，後升任中共焦作市委副書記兼組織部長[1]，中共洛陽市委副書記，擔任河南省人大常委會委員、教育科學文化衛生工作委員會副主任、河南省計劃生育委員會主任等職[2]，2008年3月退休。2015年2月22日去世[3]。
