王渥（1186年—1232年），字仲澤，太原（今屬山西）人。
少游太學，以詞賦著名。興定二年（1218年）進士。原本調職管州司侯，不赴。被聘為壽州、商州、武勝三帥府經歷官，軍旅中待了十年。元好問謂其「博通經史，有文采，善談論，工書法，妙於琴事」[1]。正大七年出使宋朝，以應對敏捷著稱，有中州豪士之譽。官至權右司郎中。天興元年（1232年）汴京被圍，王渥隨內族思烈入援汴京[2]，在汝州密縣遇到蒙古軍，卒於陣中。
