《愛利脫利亞海週航記》（希臘語：Περίπλους τῆς Ἐρυθράς Θαλάσσης， 拉丁語：Periplus Maris Erythraei），又譯《厄立特里亞海週航志》或《紅海週航記》等，是一部成書於羅馬帝國早期且以通用希臘語撰寫的航行紀，作者不詳，可能是生活在埃及行省的商人或者水手。這部書描寫了從埃及東北部出發，途經紅海、阿拉伯海等海域的遠洋貿易，另外，有學者將此書翻譯為《紅海週航志》是錯誤的，這種譯名縮小了記述的地理範圍。
