作法
濮陽壯饃分素和葷兩種，素餡一般由粉皮、大蔥等一些當地特色原料製成；葷餡由肉、蔬菜等調料製成。製成的形狀如圓月，厚度3-5cm，直徑約30公分，皮為小麥精粉，經過烤制加工，成品壯饃色澤金黃、外焦里嫩。
