海軍中將（英語：Vice admiral）是一個海軍軍階，僅次於海軍上將。在大多數國家，海軍中將屬於三星級將（參見北約軍階標準）。但在中華民國、俄羅斯、中華人民共和國、墨西哥、古巴、伊朗、朝鮮、阿塞拜疆和孟加拉國，海軍中將屬於二星級將。在土耳其，海軍中將肩章上則有四星級將。
