海倫娜·皮萊伊奇克（波蘭語：Helena Pilejczyk，1931年4月1日—2023年11月12日），舊姓邁赫爾（Majcher），波蘭女子速度滑冰運動員。她曾代表波蘭參加1960年和1964年冬季奧林匹克運動會速度滑冰比賽，獲得女子1500米銅牌。[1]
