洛桑慈誠（藏語：བློ་བཟང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས།，威利轉寫：blo bzang tshul khrims，1926年—1981年11月15日）藏族，四川省巴塘縣人。中國共產黨及中華人民共和國官員。[1]
生平
1950年3月，洛桑慈誠參加中國人民解放軍，同年參加中國共產黨，在部隊曾任班長、指導員。後來歷任中共西藏工委統戰部副處長、拉薩分工委統戰部長、山南專署專員、山南分工委副書記、西藏自治區高級人民法院院長、西藏自治區革命委員會副主任、中共西藏自治區黨委書記、西藏自治區人民政府副主席等職。[1]
