《沒玩沒了》（英語：No Play No Life）是全能製作公司製作、中國電視公司監製及首播的大型遊戲節目，製作人為王鈞、徐乃麟，主持人為徐乃麟、康康、曾國城、庹宗康、李懿，因各主持人空檔錄影時間並不一致，將以輪替的方式主持。 方芳芳、郭子乾因為個人規劃辭去主持人。中視數位台於2016年7月17日首播。[1][2][3][4]

以一個劇情為主題，狀況為「禁止做、說頭上的關鍵字」：如果做、說頭上的關鍵字，將會接受鐵盆從5公尺高處擊頭懲罰。本單元的固定來賓為許效舜。
