生平
1968年底，畢京京、任志強等北京知青來到今陝西省延安縣馮莊公社郭莊大隊（今延安市寶塔區郭莊村）插隊。當時畢京京年僅14歲，是到延安插隊的年齡最小的知青[2][3]。1970年，畢京京入伍，歷任戰士、班長、團政治處組織股股長，師政治部副主任，中國人民解放軍國防大學政治部組織部部長、校辦公室主任、基本系政委、政治部副主任等職務。2006年，任國防大學馬克思主義教研部主任。同時他還兼任國防大學中國特色社會主義理論體系研究中心領導小組副組長，國防大學國防經濟研究中心副理事長[4]。2012年12月，任國防大學副校長，2017年7月卸任[5]。2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[6]。
2005年7月，晉升少將軍銜。2014年7月，晉升中將軍銜。
