歐陽元和（1946年—），江西安福人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國人民代表大會福建地區代表[1]。
畢業於上海交通大學冶金系鋼鐵冶金專業，是中共黨員。擔任福建省三鋼（集團）有限責任公司董事長。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[2]。
